Your kind of mentality needs to be dispensed with.
Yes, UAE now has a huge Indian and Israeli footprint but that was not always the case and in fact in UAE's early years, it was Pakistan who helped established their great airlines like the Emirates and established the banking/finance sector. Later, Pakistan lost that space due to Pakistan's own negligence for which you can't blame UAE.
Secondly, China--arguably the most important of all Pakistani foreign relationship, had strong ties with Israel and still maintains the ties.
The world is not some Zero Sum equation. Pakistan has been given an opportunity to take back some of the lost space in UAE and get some $$ coming to Pakistan. Only a foolish nation would squander that opportunity--and thank God, Pakistanis, despite all the warts, are not that foolish.
