The israeli logic is evident, they fear about the missile program, they didn't achieve their objective (in fact none of them) and even if they don't like, they must come for more.
Whenever Netanyahu goes to beg support politically and logistically to US It is a confession that they cannot do the job. And that is deterrence also IMO.

I dont think deterrence has been establishes vs Israel or the US. In anything its the opposite they are buying time to restock interceptors and probably getting more intelligence to set back Irans missile programs.

For Iran the question is do they want to play like Yahu does, open up a charm offensive on trumpy, promise him mega deals for normalisation and come to an agreement on enrichment even if its painful. That is an option although the leaders may see it as a humiliation but that I think could benefit the Iranian people if negotiated properly. Give trumpy all the credit he will be singing Irans praise non stop.

The confrontational angle is what we saw in June, Israel will carry out very focused attacks to destroy key missile systems infrastructure, thats probably what Yahu is lobbying trumpy with today, trumpy is probably warm to that idea but the US will likely only support logistically and politically.

They're clever, but not as clever as people in the Middle East give them credit for....if they were they wouldn't have been caught flatfooted when Iran responded. The have never abide by a ceasefire in recent history...they pounded and pounded till the last hour of the ceasefire...and many times after it was in effect.

Most Sunnis today are driven by the need for a champion state to counter Shias. That is why they line up behind Turkey while ignoring Turkey’s oil trade and weapons links with Israel.

If Iran and the Axis of Resistance had not actively supported resistance movements, Palestine would be of zero concern to them. Look at Lebanon being crushed by Israel for decades and just look at Syrians celebrating their ISIS government. The loudest anger is always aimed at Iran, not Israel. This shows where the real motivation lies.

They are more humble minded, focused on tribalism. A sunni Arab will see his people being bombed to shreds by Jews, but there is a chance he will still find some way to blame Iran ... A non arab shia nation that got sacrificed fighting for Sunni Arabs against Jews and US. Who did we lose 500+ billion USD for or thousands of our own people? There is decades of indoctrination behind this stupidity. This is why I always say Mullahs tangled Iran in Middle eastern intrasemite problems. We are not Arabs, Jews or have any connection with Levant or across Persian Gulf. Our history, genetics, culture is all different. More of this AoR is taken out outside Iranian borders, more relief Iranian nation will get.
