You seem to think there's bias here? I am not subjectively biased.

The PAF has disclosed a lot of information in public sources, such as the parameters of the J-10CE. But you won't find any news of the PLAAF publicly disclosing the parameters of the J-10C.

There is no bias here.

In fact, we also believe that the PLA's security measures are too strict. On Chinese social media, we often see complaints from military enthusiasts. We would prefer the PLA to release more information.
Fortunately, the PLA is much more open now than before. They have started to change. However, their pace of openness is far slower than what military enthusiasts expect.

To some extent, we hope the PLA can be more open, like other militaries.

Dear confidentiality protocols differ between information released officially by organizations and information released by individuals. You are likely right regarding official releases; Pakistan is much more open than China (although Pakistan has often published deceptive or incorrect specifications and does deliberate leakages). However, when it comes to individuals, the Pakistani Forces are very strict and maintain very strict controls over individual conduct. While I can confirm that, I have no way to actually compare them with the Chinese military.

There is a model of a VTOL version of the J-20 fighter jet at the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum in Chengdu.

It is very similar to the J-20C in the science fiction film "The Wandering Earth."

They may have created this model for entertainment purposes.

Knowing China, I won't be surprised if one day we find out that they are testing a VTOL variant of the J-20 or made a new VTOL jet based on it.

It is almost an open secret that China is developing a Stovl fighter jet. Two different technical configurations have emerged from distinct approaches(or rather publicly available registered patents), with Shenyang Aircraft Corporation and Chengdu Aircraft Corporation each pursuing their own development paths. It remains unclear which one will ultimately prevail. Hopefully we shall know the answer in a couple of years.
