It pissed him off, I thought to myself this weak orange fool may now attack Iran just to show this 33 yr female reporter what' what.
With that said, as another fellow PDF member mentioned, it's probably going to be Tomahawks missiles.
I doubt they will send planes over Iran, anytime soon......their forces still need time to evacuate the Gulf.
But he miscalculated again, this time Iran will fire back hard, and it may turn into something much bigger.

Russia and China aren’t coming to Iran’s help because they are hedging their bets. They know supporting the losing guy (Khamenai) can backfire badly in a post Khamenai Iran when the country gets divided by foreigners once again.

So that’s why in its 11th hour. Iran has no allies coming to its assistance. A disastrous foreign policy that Solemani did his best with. Now without Solemani around, the decline has been fast and abrupt. And the poor showing in the 12 day War has emboldened the U.S. and Iran.

Russia and MAGA are biggest ally, and Putin is going to ditch Iran as a bargaining chip for more gain in Ukraine.

China doesn't have any ally in Iran right now, since President Raisi was one, but he got removed. And China is not going to put any bet on the current regime.

There is no chance Iran will do an all out attack on US forces. That will only invite a harsher counter response at time when the regime is in survival mode. You punch America in the mouth, they aren’t going to run away. Not anymore. The time for deterrence was 2020 when they killed Solemani.

What they are likely to do is another symbolic attack and hope Trump moves on to negotiations afterward. Why else would they reach out? The leadership is desperate at this point.

Like the Qajar dynasty they will have to negotiate away the nuclear enrichment program and any long range missiles. If they continue to drag their feet then more protests will show up a year or two from now. Or worse the U.S. establishes a no fly zone over Iran like they did on Iraq in the 90’s and “mows the lawn on Iran” periodically to keep it weak.

Irans response cannot be another symbolic response. It needs to forcefully pull at Trumps Achilles heel. This will kick off a round of tit-for-tat, but only then will Trump get the message that this will cost him and that will deter him. Trump is a street wise thug, and Iran's needs to understand that so that they can engage him at the right level.

Iran is in the position that it is in, precisely because of its symbolic responses which are interpreted as weakness.

Attack will come if US can ensure Iran cannot target Israel in return. US may be willing to absorb a few missiles on its ME bases but Tel aviv won't.
