The "Type 004" will definitely not be moved. It will only be moved when its construction is largely complete and outfitting begins.

IMO.
For a long time to come, China's total number of aircraft carriers will likely be limited to six or nine.
We seem to have overlooked the fact that the hull of the Liaoning aircraft carrier is already quite old. By the time we have six aircraft carriers, it should probably be retired.
