It is not, if BD's stance was correct, why did they not object when the world cup schedule was being decided and they agreed to it and signed the agreement.

They could have asked to play thier matches in Sri lanka and they would have gotten so, just like how Pakistan did.

Why did they only object to playing in India after their player was kicked out of IPL, that too less then a month before the world cup is due to start.

Now Bangladesh has 2 options either play their matches in India or withdraw from the world cup, after which another associate member team, most likely Scotland will be brought in to replace Bangladesh.

We had no issues playing in India until this happened.

So, if India wishes to boycott Pakistan for political reasons, do so by NOT playing against us. No more marquee fixture bakwaas. Simple forfeit fixtures against Pakistan out of principle, as USA did in the Soviet Olympics and as Iran does whenever drawn to play against Israelis. These are acts of principle, but notice that these acts result in forfeiture of the fixture.

England has forfeited a fixture against Zimbabwe in this very sport, SACRIFICING the points for political principle.

If you believe our sportsmen are "terrorist sympathisers", by all means, boycott us, but do it properly instead of this baniya garbage where you will play us here but not there - as if spilled sindoor is not relevant in Dubai.
