Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

France prefers to offer support to US policy in Iran (including war) to avoid a US invasion of Greenland and the destruction of NATO

it makes sense

I told you guys Trump is using Greenland as a leverage to get NATO active against Iran.

France asking what in return?

thats not even practically possible

it is other way around!

EU estab. is using Greenland as an incentive!
It is very possible. He is giving them a choice. Either they give him Greenland, or they give him Iran. If the Europeans want American protection, they need to start earning it. They are done protecting them for free.

How does Russia use Geran2 + manpad combination against helicopters. The article mensions that there is man in the loop control with starlink recievers and camera to lock onto helicopters. Geran versions dont have a starlink pod attached so quiet possibly it can be a software controlled manpad launch instead of man in the loop control. It is not very effective but some helicopters trying to intercept the gerans are hit that way in Ukraine theater.

manpad has about 6+km range to hunt helicopters.

Jeep is not armored and can be effected-at least made unusable by a manpad hit.
Manpad tubes can be attached to below the shahed fuselage. Initial salvo can target the ground vehicles as they lock onto jeeps heat signatures and launch these manpads. Quiet possibly no man in the loop is necessary if the manpads lock by themselves as shaheed closes on the target. The lock will activate the software on the shaheed to trigger the manpad.

A new air to ground infrared guided missile can be developed as well to attach on the shaheeds. Infrared missiles can lock on independantly after shaheeds come close to targets and they are quiet effective against heat signature targets like jeeps or radar vehicles.

Well here’s another trumped up excuse for trump or Israel to attempt to resume bombing of Iran iaea saying Iran is stalling on inspection of sites that were bombed I’m hoping Iran has finally smarted up and actually was able to whisk away this nuclear material to more secure area perhaps they are busy doing something they had no desire to do but with the risk of war sees a no lose situation let’s see what happens honestly if they were able to do something that they could actually keep a secret this time around with everyone guessing

Iran should prepare for war. There is no escaping this. The only thing they should think is how to keep the costs as high as possible for the AmeriKKKans including sinking their carriers with Hypersonics.

And if the enemy uses Nukes first? Then the gloves are off and Iran is entirely justified in retaliating with Nukes back including dirty bombs and any other WMD in their present arsenal.

I tend to think the days of the 'coalition of the willing' are gone and that American firepower alone is formidable enough against Iran--though the cost to the region / Israel are potentially too much for even America. So I don't see even if Macron is offering to help against Iran it would dissuade Trump from his Greenland adventure.

Similarly, I don't buy the theories by some seniors here that America is on an aggressive path to make the Europeans pay more for their defense. It is not 'America', it is 'Trump' who is pushing for such policies with possible guidance by the likes of Stephen Miller, one of his key advisors. Trump wants personal glory to be remembered as one of the Greatest American Presidents ever. That, IMO, is the No. 1 reason for his aggressive policies.

there are maximalist demands and there are impossible demands

asking Iran to give up enrichment totally, is maximalist and very difficult, but not impossible

asking Iran to give up its missiles, which are virtually its only form of deterrence and self defence, is impossible

to get those terms they have to completely destroy Iran in a large war. a short conflict won't do it

Western powers will first ask Iran to give up nuclear facilities, then will say missiles are threatening us, then will say the regime is threatening us. Even if Iran gives up missiles, they will still come after Iran. Learning from Gaddafi and Saddam, they were weak militaries and no threat to the Usa but were still eliminated. Their aim is regime change, so they can have western aligned or friendly regime.

Khomeini was against WMDs as well. When Saddam gassed Iranian cities, Khomeini refused to allow Iran to also develop chemical weapons.

So if Khomeini magically lived to 2000’s, I doubt he would have allowed a nuke either. He was more ultra conservative than even Khamenai.

I just dont understand the fatwa. If a leader is against building nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, biological weapons to defend themselves, then why create enemity and make threats against world powers who are pure evil and possess chemical biological and nuclear weapons, the same powers will use these weapons if needed.

Bolded part: Please watch the Trita Parsi video I posted yesterday. He is quoting an Israeli official saying that Israel cannot trust a unified Iran, which turned from friendly to hostile to friendly again to not turn hostile again. So the best outcome for Israel is a fragmented Iran along the lines of Libya or Syria.
That Israel tolerates American vassals states like Egypt or Jordan as unified may well be because there are already too many fronts to deal with, so save those states for later.

Trump is only forcing EU to choose what to give up if they want US help to stop the invader on its East. Does that make more sense? There is far more to this than just a few egos.
