There is always an exchange in a relationship, if the West gives you the right to live and abid by it's laws; you must work, pay taxes, and take part in civic duties, it's your adopted home and you take an oat; and if the oat goes aganist one's beliefs he's free to move about the world, as Allah himself said, "my world is vast."

Assimilation happens everywhere; you take the good and remove the bad. No one is taking a gun to your head and asking you not follow your beliefs. But the same can't be said in our part of the world.

You and I or vast majority of immigrants are not here to establish manifest destiny... but to feed the beast! The warm bodies that provide labor to maintain the empire. Women were entered into the work force out of necessity... as labor to fill the coffers... where men were sent on the European battlefields. The opening of immigration Hart-Celler Act opened up immigration for family reunification and LABOR... give it meaning whatever you will... and that brought ones in greater numbers from vast corners of the world. It masked the immediate demographic decline post baby boomers to the point where it is now conflated with the great replacement... which in essence it is because the capitalist oligarchy's need to keep up with the warm bodies both as labor and consumers such as computers that we all enjoy. A grand assumption to consider this as bounty of the system for all... as if the machine took any notes or feedback. The perpetual money printer and consumer electronics where big money caught on to the permanent royalty model a la Microsoft... knew that the model can only be sustainable by adding masses to the permanent grift. Because their permanent money glitch on fiat needed consumers to sustain.

Guess what... today the blowback is in the form of a collapsing demographic and unsustainable debts. Right at the time when the system can only sustain itself if it starts paying the consumers in the form of guaranteed minimum income or GI. All in at the same time when it becomes minority majority state!
If you do not catch it ... you'll catch the drift soon enough. The machine is neither repentent nor seeks gratitude of those towing the line.

Live in the real world, just because we live somewhere doesn't mean we abandon our faith, values and principles to become something we are not

That is fine, just do not be ingrates to a society that took you in, and allows you the freedom to follow your faith, something that is lacking where you profess to come from.

I guess you work for your food and unlike on multiple instances soliciting dollars because of their opinion that conflict with yours on complete fealty and submission for the grand gesture of opening the doors to let you in...

Overwhelming majority believe in monogamy, does that make polygamy unislamic? Taking the law away would prove counterproductive as it would further complicate the matter at hand.

If you had read the OP, 99 percent of these 400 odd individuals are Muslims and not from minority group.

Do you also believe pigeons and other birds should be charged with blasphemy if they poop upon minars and domes?

The law can go away gladly if you take responsibility here and in afterlife that people will not resort to violence or seek panchayat, jirga and street corner judicial system.
