No. If Iran really would have ability to demonstrate what you are suggesting then that means total deterrence. US would not have dared to bring so called "Armada" and threaten Iran or drop bombs on its nuclear facilities last year.

Yes Iran has ability to fire capable ballistic missiles at enemy locations but it cannot "destroy" "all of Jewish cities" Or "all of US bases" etc.

Iran has been building missiles and drones like crazy for 30 years.

It has also built dozens, if not hundreds, of underground bases to store and launch these throughout Iran.
