The state already is using the tribal system for support, where do you think the baloch militia in the form of levies come from? The state props up sardars and others who align with the state, giving them political clout and other benefits.

This musical chair of allegiances has not produced the desired results. These tribes take turns to fool the state and what political clout can be bigger than having their own fiefdom and the state cannot outbid the competitors given the dire state of our economy.
