It's an interesting time for BLA to attack. America is about to attack Iran. Perhaps you are young, so you have to understand. While BLA was attacking, locals were roaming around freely. This means Isloo and GHQ have lost their narrative that BLA is a terrorist org or FKH.

Now, attacking Afghanistan requires a narrative. Otherwise, who will support that? Your aggressive approach would get lost, the time it starts. So, you cannot just start shooting. Lastly, a narrative is what others believe.
