Yes, we have seen the J-16D, J-20, J-20S, and J-35A appear together.
Yes, in the air during the parade coming together from different units, but not together at at one base!

You should host this kind of show.Pure BS
I second that. But so do you as well. You both are excellent contributors in this area. You should host this kind of show.
"German + Chinese"? Viewers watching the show would need to bring multiple translation devices. LOLI second that. But so do you as well. You both are excellent contributors in this area.

I'm just an ordinary military enthusiast. I'm not interested in the media, nor do I have the ability to work in that field.

Pentagon Confirms China’s Offer of 40 J-35 Stealth Fighters to Pakistan, Reshaping South Asia’s Airpower Balance
View attachment 174434
The Pentagon’s 2025 China Military Power Report confirms Beijing’s offer of up to 40 fifth-generation J-35 stealth fighters to Pakistan, marking a decisive escalation in Sino-Pakistani defence cooperation and redefining the strategic airpower equation vis-à-vis India.
Not Just 'One more set of control surface', but also lack of the DSI along with some other factors. At the very least the Snowy Owl project developed many computational fluid dynamic (CFD) models and wind tunnel models.
It's possible it also produced concept demonstrators even if scaled down ones. I wouldn't expect them to have produced any full prototypes though since apparently the J-20 won the competition at the concept demonstrator stage. Similar to YF-22 and YF-23 concept demonstrators established F-22 program win and F-22 had prototypes following on from the concept shoot off. The difference is that the initial YF-22 demonstrator was closer to a prototype.
There is a continuum spectrum between concept demonstrator and you have ones like YF-22 with internal weapons bays and you have ones like YF-23 which is less hashed out and you have ones like X-36 scaled down model plane.
Usually demonstrator and all tender design materials is enough to choose winner.
This is why I consider FC-31 to be a concept demonstrator just one that is closer to prototype but Michael has his own personal definition.
I mean lots of Americans think their concept demonstrator 6th generation fighter is a prototype but it's not. It's just demonstrator to select program winner and then they develop a full prototype followed by other prototypes and then LRIP first operational fighters.
Snowy Owl may have been considered less stealthy due to having one more set of control surfaces compared to J-20.
J-20 has canards and wings in the horizontal plane where Snowy Owl had canards, wings and horizontal stabilisers.
Been following these two for years. Historically, they used to only focus on USA related items only. However, they are trying to branch out to cover more global military aviation news and it will take them some time to get their heads around the Chinese ecosystem. Right now, very early days for them.
Its surprising how little they know of current news and foreign platforms, given their backgrounds as Navy fighter pilots. Especially Gonky, that fker is clueless, zero preparation before the shows to read up on subject matter to be discussed. Mover atleast puts in more effort.
