Completely different classes of missiles.View attachment 177836
The missile you're referring to is probably similar to North Korea's Hwasong-10 missile, with a warhead weighing only 500 kg. The information I can find is that Iran's main deterrent missile against Israel is the Khorramshahr-2 missile, which can carry a 2-ton warhead, but it is still a liquid-fueled missile.

Sejjil-2 is a two-stage solid-fueled missile, while Hwasong-10 is single-stage liquid-fueled missile. Sejjil was first unveiled and tested in 2007 on national TV, during the time of Ahmadinejad. Hwasong-10 was developed in 2010, according to Wikipedia.
Iran's Khorramshahr missile is in the same class as Hwasong-10, while K-4 is similar to Hwasong-12. Also, the warheads of Khorramshahr missiles is 1,500-1,800 kg.
