I am not a monarchist but I respect Reza Pahlavi family for being "patriots" ..They have proven their love for Iran unlike the current IR leader that has proven his hate for Iran. Reza Pahlavi is now leader of Iranian opposition soon to be formally recognized in " Munich security conference" Feb 14.. An estimated 200,000 Iranians from Germany and Europe are expected to be in Munich for the important news of "Transitional council".

The Joke is that a former Al queda/ISIS leader with a 10 million dollar bounty on his head turned to the "democratic" leader of Syria overnight and millions of Sunnis cheered!

If Bashar Assad was only interested in the good life, he would have fled back in 2012 when the salafists were mere blocks from his presidential palace. Yet he remained in Syria for another 12 years through some very harsh times.

He fought for his nation till the end but decades of extreme sanctions and oil fields overtaken by the Usa all led to collapse of economy and the people had enough of suffering. So he told his army to stand down and allowed opposition to take control. What other options he had, the surrounding nations were supporting the opposition, the same terrorist they funded for decades to topple Bashar Al Assad.
