Essentially, the latest news can be covered under a human rights violation, a dictatorship, tyranny, un-islamic, unethical, unlawful, or any other similar section name.
IK was kept for more than 15 days in isolation. He wasn't allowed to weekly meet relatives and lawyers despite court orders. His hearings have been delayed for over a year. He is not given due process in open court.
What islamic republic army led court is doing, even Indians courts cannot do that.

Don't lose hope. They are soon going to liberate Jerusalem.
Kher. I know our country is not a republic or representative of the people, nor is pak in any sense. I think even we are exporting alcohol as an achievement.
It is just that we are left with a country where everyone is weak and uses Islam and ethics as a facade. Our judiciary, mullah, media, army, public, everyone. Nobody can stop wrongdoing.

Even FM Manekshaw better treated PA POWs.
Any data btw how many POWs we lost in 2 years of Indian prison?
