Abu Dhabi is ‘Israel’s Trojan horse’.

It is to late, uae is firmly enslaved by zio jews and they openly boast how that was their best decision ever, so basically SA has rich and hostile smaller neighbor who wants to lead gulf arabs, i see it as hardly workable position.

UAE is acting on Israel's interests and Saudi put a stop to that. This is a stalemate a forever war between the two.

What are you talking about exactly and how old were you again? In your 50's right?

What forever war? Last time I checked KSA and UAE has never went to war directly.

In fact since this thread by me was made, UAE (Abu Dhabi) has been making many overtures and concessions to KSA. Their troll bot army on X and other social media platforms recently started propagandizing that KSA and UAE is one country. This was clearly coordinated.

Things are being worked out and ties amended (luckily) behind the scenes. An ongoing process.

It is good to see because KSA and UAE should not be enemies (we are one people largely) and we should concentrate on our real enemies. Goes for all Arab countries.

I knew KSA and UAE will patch up. But people in the forum were not agreeing with me.

There's no permanent enemy or friends in geopolitics. I also used to give example of Qatar. How they blockaded it and cut ties but that was sorted too.

UAE as much cunning and scummy they are, UAE is small country with resources and they just alligned themselves with powerful countries like America and Israel because they know that they can protect and save them (Royal Family) when it comes to that.

Who would have thought that states who share the same ethnicity, language, religion, culture (by large), geography, neighborhood etc. could be at odds with each other and have disagreements - in particular between regimes etc.?

Or who could have fought that there is hardly 1 single family in this world of 8.5-9 BILLION people who have not had relatives or close family at odds with each other at one point in time - sometimes serious issues. Let alone with your wife, siblings, children, close-knit family let alone distant relatives.

Now imagine how it works in geopolitics (which solely about how country x or y and regime x and y can utilize its strengths to gain power at the expense of others) between countries in an volatile region that the whole world is meddling in and which has many fault lines.

It is not like any Saudi Arabian, Qatari, Emirati etc. was ever at odds with each other. Or that we suddenly started to hate each other or dislike each other due to regime politics in a largely messed up part of the world (of late) with 1 billion intricacies etc.

Whatever one can say about the internal divisions in the Arab world (which are real) they are largely irrelevant compared to the constant warfare that similarly close peoples (European) used to do against each other for 100's of years culminating in WW1 and WW2 that killed 100-150 million people (on top of my head - the numbers could be wrong - never using any AI on any forums).

Even today the Ukrainian and Russian war (two brotherly people that share everything in common) is more bloody than any modern Arab vs Arab war as in countries (probably also more bloody than in all of our recorded history - I don't' recall any large scale Arab-Arab wars in history) by far.
30 years ago we had actual genocide taking place in the Balkans between identical peoples who look alike, speak the same language and just happen to have a different religion (Bosniaks vs Serbs vs Croats etc.)

And I could mention 100's of other such examples.

Millions of Han Chinese dying during the Chinese civil war (s), Africans butchering each other to this day and the list goes on. Or in South Asia. Look no further than the extremely bloody partitions back in 1947. Or the many wars since then. Or what has been going on in Afghanistan since the 1970's.

All this should not be an excuse but we (ordinary people and media) tend to blow things out of proportion and are extremely quick to create poison in the minds of people and to create artificial enemies.

In reality most sane people get along rather well for the most part regardless of origin and have more in common than the opposite. We all do when you think about it more closely.

I cannot write a post for the next 22 hours or so (no idea what the cause of this - apparently I wrote "off-topic" posts on the US-Iran "war" thread perspective - albeit it was related to the topic and events - but never mind). In short, I will not be able to reply.

KSA needs to be careful as I fully think all this posturing by the uae is DECEPTION. They’re in bed with israel/zions as well as courting iran with money.
I would not trust the uae. If Saudis do that it will be to their detriment…..

To en extent, but they have been cursed with poor leaders too. When Arab world had solid leaders it was very united. Nasser, Faisal etc

The problem of Arab world is that they have not learnt to differentiate between Islam and Arab. Arab itself is a very vague term, a broad identity.
The world sees the two as one, they're not just Arabs, you're Muslim Arabs. The Arab world has been slow in finding a balance, they need to recognise that making accommodations with the Muslim world will only increase their internal stability, I think they are starting to wake up.
