the Esfahan nuclear site is where most believe Iran's stockpile of 60% HEU is stored, and also where most believe Iran's newly announced third enrichment site is based (it was announced to the IAEA one day before the June war started, so we didn't hear more about it).
the site has three tunnel entrances, which were all bombed by the US in June. the mountain offers up to 150-200m of rock overburden protection, which is significantly more than Fordow, and the US did not attack the site itself (beyond the entrances).
the southern entrance was heavily damaged and was filled with dirt immediately. the middle entrance was restored but quickly also filled with dirt to prevent access.
but the northern tunnel entrance has been restored and new passive defence measures have been installed, and heavy car traffic has been observed near that entrance in recent weeks/months. this entrance has not been blocked (yet).
