It should not surprise you that the entire KP and the FATA is infested with TTP supporters who hide and abet these elements. Some of those very same people are active on this forum.

This is also not a case of people coming from across the border all the time. These are the sleeper assets being activated.

In the short to medium term, these Taliban bastards will need to be handled inside the KPK with IBOs and their minders through airstrikes. There will be casualties because the TTP hides amongst the Pakhtun populace in the KPK.

Last time, they literally ran away abandoning most of their posts. The outcome won't be too different this time iA.

The Taliban have no choice but to do some shooting to let their public know they are doing "something" about it. In reality, they know they cannot change the situation on the ground much. They will fire, Pakistan will respond, destroy a bunch of their positions and they will sulk back again and rebuild them later.

That is the norm/pattern there since the 1950s.

In their folklore, Pakistanis are cowards etc. etc. but in EVERY single pitched battle, they lose. Without exception! Thus the resort to infiltrating their takfiris to carry out terrorism inside Pakistan.
