Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Those "assets" wouldn't work without the Chinese...

We are not that stupid to buy stuff that we can't operate ourselves or that needs external help during active war.

BTW, most of our AEW&C are from Saab.

Again, it was india's propaganda to hide its humiliation of losing fighter jets by saying that india was fighting Pakistan + China.

No solid proof or evidence that China "assisted or helped" during operation.

Let's be under no illusion. There are indeed Turks that would walk over Pakistan and support Afghanistan every day of the week. These Turks feel culturally closer to Afghanistan and they have their historical ties to back their claims
I have not seen this from any Turkish direction, the Central Asians and turkmen people are far closer to the Turkish sympathies, and the Afghan is much too backward, and the Turk is much too not backwards, for any close affiliation

You will be surprised. There are Turks who have great affection for Afghans for the reasons I have stated. Not all, but some certainly do.

Indians are like this. They demand absolute authority over how their allies react. It's obnoxious.

China can do whatever they please as long as that deadly high end Chinese engineering keeps getting delivered. That alone is priceless.

We should all move on from this topic.
The question of Chinese support is just about as relevant as support from Botswana.

And some people are just much too dim to read between the lines with diplomatic statements.

Anyone who is proposing really excessive violence and destruction you have to wonder what the long-term outcome will be for either country

The Chinese are unambiguous, sort your countries out, jump onto the development bandwagon and integrate and trade.

That is indeed everyone's best interest.

East Turkestan fanboys are having a melt down.. at the end of the day they want this region in continual chaos.. that guarantees terrorist entities a safe haven...

Maybe I have not seen it, I think in the power centers Afghanistan is important but Pakistan is crucial.

and in fact I don't doubt that the turks will have ambitions to extend their influence anywhere they can, I don't necessarily see this as hostile to Pakistan but just selfish to Turkey.

History is instructive... In 1971, India returned the territory it occupied in West Pakistan even before releasing the 90k prisoners of war... In 1999, Pakistan was compelled to withdraw from Kargil. That is how the international system functions... territorial grabs, however tactically tempting, rarely translate into lasting legitimacy.

Annexing another country’s land is an immediate international red flag... It invites sanctions, isolation, and sustained global blowback...
Again, nobody said "annex land".

Yes indeed - history is instructive.

In this regard, we shall point to Israeli deployment of multiple "buffer zones" if USA or lowly Hindustan dare to criticise our approach to our security. USA, under Trump, will not have a problem anyway.

Regarding 1971, Hindustan directly annexed and handed over an entire wing of this nation to Dhaka rebels, and you are trying to suggest there was some net zero outcome because a part of erstwhile West Pakistan was restored to Islamabad?

Of course. That is my point. The Turks are looking out for their interests. Do you remember how Erdogan wanted to be in charge of Afghan airports after NATO withdrawal?

Why Turkey wants to be in charge of securing Kabul airport

Ankara has a lot to gain from taking on this crucial responsibility and thus remaining a key player in Afghanistan after the US withdrawal.

It is about influence and control.
