It will be a escalation in the conflict. This and Bushrer nuclear reactor are red lines.

Israeli officials assess that the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Gen. Mohammad Pakpour, was likely killed in this morning's strikes in Iran.

In addition, the officials assess that Iran's minister of defense and chief of intelligence were also likely killed.

Pakpour was another Salami anyway, with the most respect possible to a brave fallen martyr, he is not a significant loss in the grand scheme of things

On the other hand, Khamenei's death could be the reason Iran has gone all out and attacked US bases all over the region. It's the right move nonetheless but we were initially surprised by it.
 
There is a higher chance of Khamenei being targeted by one of the reformist cucks (Rohani Zarif types) or Larijani or IRGC supported power group then anyone else. Internal conflict inside IRI is bigger than some missile landing here and there.
