Amongst iran, Afghanistan and India, Pakistan has more threat from Iran than all of the rest.
Indians, are known scoundrels and trouble makers. Most of paksitani population simply loaths them for not being indian or of another faith but because of their attitude towards us as a nation. Afghans have already or are fast loosing the local support and credibility and once we repatriate the afghans still living in Pakistan, the situation will even get better for Pakistan's safety.
The problem with Iran is that alot of the population in Pakistan is still pro-Iran for various reasons. Alot dont realise or accept the deacdes long history of iranian espionage, covert operations and sectaraian violence spread in Pakistan by Iran. Alot of their military and political leaders of different stature and levels have lambasted and threatened us and our existence in the past.

Even now, when we helped Iran in their war with USA, and tried to act as a mediator, they are still supplying afghans with equipemnt, covertly support BLA and other separatist movements and will not hesitate a second to sit again in indias lap for chahbahar port development, if given a chance. We must not forget their agreements with india for using chahbahar and banda abbas naval ports.

The sooner we realise this, and move with this very thought, the better its for us as a nation. We must engage and work with Iran but not blindly and without knowing the facts.

its been decades that iran, india, and UAE have wrecked havoc in balochistn, poured money that sponsored the local and foreign idiots operating there. We also gave Balochs enough reasons to feel betrayed and Sardars of Balochistan ate all the royalties and money guven to them and social determinants of health remain non-existant in Balochistan. Th poverty and injustice was exploited by the enemies. This was supplemented by KSA, which added fuel to the fire by supporting sectarianism against shias and iranian supported religious fantasism.

I am with you and have also got zero sympathy for iran for CIA sponsored sunnies separatists in Sestan-balochistan.

Pakistan was wrong to merge Gawader with Balochistan in 1960s. This should have been made a separate province with adjoining areas. Now we have to loft the social condition, the sardars wont let go of their choke hold of the system, we cant divide balochistan into smaller provinces and the bigger cities of Hub, Turbat, sibi, Gawader and Quetta are far away from rest of the Balochistan province, with no proper roads and other infrastructure and its impossible to affect the life of the smaller villages.
Pakistan needs to raise the stabdard of about half a dozen more villages to small cities to middle size cities. Like we have across the country e.g. Nowshera, Kohat, Bannu, Sawat, Rahimyar khan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, jehlum, Sukkur, mirpur khas, Hyderabad, etc... enough options so ppl from nearby areas can go and work there. Currently there is civilization (of 1990s and 2000 level) in 2 or 3 cities and then there is abyss in Balochistan.
Till the local population gets opportunities for food, education, job, and health facilities, you cant stop the insurgency.

Poppy cultivation in Balochistan was extensive in 2025: farms were large and in some areas the crop occupied as much as 70% of total agricultural land.

This is why harsh security operation is needed - borders must remained closed to limit traffic in and out - and remain shut until we have a handle on inward migration... This is coming to Pakistan from only ONE direction.
