If you’re not going to mount a nuclear warhead, there’s no point in developing a missile with such a long rangeAtleast 5000-5500km range

Oh there is absolutely a reason.
You don't think Ukraine wishes it had MRBMs and IRBM?
France is building IRBMs and the US just built conventional LRHW Dark Eagle. as well as LRCS https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conventional_Prompt_Strike
They are not just for Nuclear delivery, its to hit things that are hard to penetrate with the Air force or Navy, dude to strategic depth.
You should also note, that Missiles aren't usually fired at their full envelope. So a 5,500km missile isn't going to be fired at a 5,500km target. but usually a lot closer of a target, but with ample kinetic energy to maneuver if need be. Or to be fired from much deeper inland rather than at the upper most tip.
When you're dealing with people who don't follow any norms, the end result is that you end up doing what North Korea does, right? So Turkey/Iran/Saudi Arabia will all go to the route of nuclear ICBM to ensure not a single P5 nations will be safe, since North Korea was the first one to open that Pandora box.

I didn't say ICBM, I said IRBM.
And Turkey as of now in not pursuing Nuclear Weapons.
Btw, When China acquired Nuclear weapons, was it doing that to threaten France? lol, silly logic.
