Can the rare earth materials problem be solved?
Hahaha, my bad, I’ll be careful next time.Always raining on someone's parade when they're hyped up.![]()
Depends on which ones you're referring to and whether or not President Trump is willing to tell organizations like the Sierra Club to go eff themselves and resume mining. Can the rare earth materials problem be solved?
The United States is accustomed to plundering and sourcing from other countries. Rebuilding the rare earth industry in the U.S. would take 5-8 years and a huge investment, while Trump's term only has three years left. Capital prefers finance and AI; is there any capital willing to invest in the rare earth industry? When Trump asked capital to invest in oil in Venezuela, the response was very lukewarm.Depends on which ones you're referring to and whether or not President Trump is willing to tell organizations like the Sierra Club to go eff themselves and resume mining.
Through the same mechanisms that allowed a community agitator who never held a real job in his life to serve as President for 8 years. The United States is accustomed to plundering and sourcing from other countries. During Obama's administration, the '2010 Rare Earth and Critical Materials Revitalization Act' was enacted. It is now 2026. Trump is even less trustworthy than Obama.
I am very curious. Trump only has four years of political experience. In China, his qualifications wouldn't even allow him to be a village official. How did you all manage to elect a madman as president.....
Ukraine is worse than the United States; their president has no political experience at all.Through the same mechanisms that allowed a community agitator who never held a real job in his life to serve as President for 8 years.
do not compare a coping thread to serious threadsHey are you suddenly greenlighting us to go into the threads in the China Defense forum and start posting replies? I'm sure they'll be real happy about you asking us to do that.
We certainly have no problem doing that if you'd like.

you dont want constrictions from me yet you think you need my greenlight to post something on an open forum??? I m kinda lost here...but go aheadWhy do we have to be constricted by what you say?
I think the multiple Chinese members in this thread are just greenlighting us to reply posting and "ruining Chinese member created threads" in the China defensive forum. To make PDF Admins happy we don't do that.
@AZ_HighCountry they do this..and then do a group cry when it is done to them.![]()
China tech still behind, yet to be proven in larger war as USA war machines are provenAmerica rushing to catch up to China is so lame.
China has its fair share here as well so let's just call it a draw.you dont want constrictions from me yet you think you need my greenlight to post something on an open forum??? I m kinda lost here...but go ahead
what i am trying to say is, there will be a dedicate thread for the US six gen once we saw it flying and serious discussions will be held there. this one unfortunately, is not it. no videos, no pics, just hearsay, if empty words were to be taken seriously then India is already a superpower 6 years ago I guess. besides, the thread starter is a well known copium addict on this forum...
The Air Force’s sixth-generation F-47 and the Navy’s F/A-XX fighter won’t be “available” until the mid-2030s, a leading congressman said March 17, which will require the services to keep older jets flying in the interim.
“The question then becomes, what do we do in the meantime?” Rep. Rob Wittman, R-Va., said at the McAleese Defense Programs Conference. Wittman is chair of the House Armed Services Committee’s tactical air and land forces subcommittee. “We have to maintain a fleet of [Navy] F-18s, and then we have to maintain the F-22 [Raptors]. … That’s the only way we create that bridge to the sixth-generation aircraft” like the Air Force’s F-47 and the Navy’s planned F/A-XX.
why are we discussing Chinese 6th Gen on a F-47 thread?
