Firstly, Iran is not as heavily surveillance and bunkerized nation like Israel is. And there were/are plenty of moles in Iran, groomed over the decades. This war is Netanyahu's 3 decades dream coming true and the Israelis have invested a lot in people and spying over those decades.
So Lord Knows what kind of long battery life 'listening' and 'watching' small devices are placed in many parts of Iran to pinpoint the targets with local and remote AI support based on the targets' locations and daily activities.
Iran will have to take the fight to the borders of Israel using its and its allies' manpower.

Yep. Kharg Island Is with in Irans artillery range, missiles and drones. Airfield knocked out be interesting how they can get the logistics out there safely.
