Let me propose Option4 to the gulf states:

Ask China&Russia to send a peacekeeper mission to the empty US bases in order to take over. Ask them to bring air defense and ground forces asap. Iran will instantly stop retaliation and China/Russia could at least reduce the incoming damage from US/Israel.
