Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Iran is still holding back. They are not targeting enemy healthcare and education while they are targeting ours.
Because the other side is a nuclear power and we're not. For the hundred thousandth time.

Iran is doing as best as can be done with our current capabilities. But the truth is that our capabilities are not enough to win this war through damage and destruction. Our only bet is to absorb as many punches as possible while keeping the Strait of Hormuz closed. Then we can survive this war and work on a permanent solution (nuclear deterrence) after it's over.

At some point, probably soon, we will need the Houthis of Yemen to do the same in the Bab-el Mandeb.

I suppose you need electricity for uranium enrichment and missile production.

And power plants will take years to be reconstructed or even repaired.
I agree with your assessment, Iran power grid is very distributed, 2% to 5% per hit, whereas GCC and Israel has concentrated power grid, 20% to 30% per hit.

GCC and Israel to lose with this escalation.

Both sides seem to have run out of targets. They need to update their target lists for the next step of the escalation ladder if they are truly suicidal.
This week will probably see a reckoning of exacrly how strong the current influence and softpower of Nuttanyahou remains within US decision-making circles, throughout the profoundly transformative regional shifts that have occured for the past 3 weeks, since Iran decided to successfully and completely turn over its existing doctrine of (pathetic) strategic patience and finally , with its back against the wall and very existence at stake as a unified nation-state, switch to an all-out calculated madman strategy.

I consider myself only moderately versed into the exact capabilities they have, but just like much of the world ,I was amazed at the actual level of freedom they had in both selecting, finding *and* hitting every piece of valuable infrastucture every time they chose to do so, and wresred back control escalation ladder, against nothing less than the combined force of a superpower and its strongest regional ally.

Not a month ago everybody thought all of the petrochemical apparatus were off-limits both politically and militarily. Iran changed the game FOREVER,and beyond the worn, fatigued rethoric of the previous decades going in endless loops, now finally walked the talk for real, and managed to enact fundamental military effect on basically every single sheikhdoms around with concrete, litterally universal economic effect on the mid to long term.

The zios will certainly give it their everything to force Trump in keeping his current course. Time will soon tell whether they lanaged to do so despite all the seismic shifts occuring. We can argue that were are possibly witness some sort of history in the making here that will reverberate and redefine key regional parameter for decades to come should Iran emerge alive after this onslaught.

China will repair it in the fraction of the second as Western country’s can do their respective plants.

I anticipate huge rebuilding efforts by China and Russia after this war is over.
You're not falling for that again, are you?
If these two rounds of war have proven anything, it's that Iran should not count on the Chinese or the Russians.

Yes, we have the numbers when it comes to infrastructure but the other side has the numbers when it comes to fire power and intel.

Israel has begun targeting people they perceive to be tied to Iran’s missile program in a desperate attempt to slow rebuilding of capabilities post war

⭕️ According to Israel's Channel 14, Hezbollah launched 7 rocket barrages toward the settlement of Kiryat Shmona in less than an hour.

Israeli army spokesman is urging settlers along the frontline to remain near shelters, minimize movement, avoid gatherings, and enter protected areas immediately upon receiving alerts until further notice.

None of the arab states possess nukes. Yeah we can't afford to escalate too much against the jews thanks to khamenei I blocking nuke development but the khaleejis are free game. Their existence has proven to be an existential threat to Iran. They could not fight this war without the complete cooperation of the arab states, amd they have announced their intent to deepen ties against Iran. The damage to their states must be significant enough to change their thinking or they must be demilitarized/destroyed.

Repairing plants and critical infrastructure is not the same thing as military aid or fancy weaponary. You would best tone done this pessimism.

Even worse then. How does targeting Arabs' healthcare and education infrastructure serve our interests? What does it achieve other than hatred from people, most of whom, are in fact on our side?

That's not just suicidal, that's plain stupid in my opinion.

Same for Israel-PGCC as well, much much more devastating for them though. Leave them be, and all this will again happen in few months.
