I don’t think any senior Iranian officials should go to Pakistan. It can work the other way and the US-Israel can pay someone to assassinate them. What would happen to Iran-Pakistan relations then?
If Pakistan is taking this responsibility, I am sure they have considered everything possibily can go wrong based on US and Israel behaviour. Pakistan has experience dealing with USA traps.

So, basically, it is "class-based internet" that they have been talking about for years.

Only 1% of the people are connected to the internet and they wonder why Iranians want to topple the regime. I hope this restriction would be permanently lifted once the war is over.

When you think about it, it's scary to think that a government can do this to their own citizens. It's some scary shit coming straight from something like 1984.
yes, but u can argue they need it for their survival:

1) if no censorship, foreign elements can communicate with dissenters and assets within the country.

2) propaganda can be spread to internal iranians creating conditions for civil war.

Maybe we will see them adopt china's model after the war. Strategically speaking it makes sense for the states survival as foreign internet has been arguably the most effective weapon against iran.

The amount of fake stuff people in iran believe and share is incredible. So many things that can be debunked and some that are just stupid.

If I were Trump, I would try my luck with the Qeshm Island.
It's the most strategic one for controlling the Strait of Hormuz. And once it's captured, the other islands will be easier to take.

And it is Iran's biggest island. Good PR move for him. Trump and his MAGA lunatics love things that start with the "biggest".

That's plausible.

Since when surveillance satellites provide a 3D scan of an object? At best, they can see the surface of the aircraft carrier. They cannot know what has happened inside it, or to the sides of the vessel.
If satellites images are withheld for days and released aafter approval, than how we can expect to see any satellite image of AC.

Fact of the matter is, big bad CSG etc come to threten Iran and had to runaway with tail between legs. for now reason does not matter, USA Naval failure is the fact we should concentrate on.

Fact, largest Navy and most advance Military Power this Planet has seen, failed to even come close to achieving any objectives.

I don't know. State control over people's lives is scary. China is one scary place in my opinion. Imagine they implement the social credit system in Iran and restrict your internet access based on your social credit. It's just scary and will lead to insane brain drain and much more divide between the people and the system.

As for your arguments:
1. I'm pretty sure foreign elements in Iran can easily find loopholes and security vulnerabilities to stay connected with their coordinators. As you said, if there are VPNs that work, those foreign agents surely have them.

2. People in Iran watch Iran International and Manoto via satellite dishes. As far as I know, jamming the satellite signal hasn't been working well against these channels so far. That's probably why they have millions of viewers within Iran.

My guess was that they cut off the internet to prevent a similar scenario like what happened in the 12-day war. I'm talking about cheap FPVs using Iranian phone operators like IranCell. I think this is probably the most important reason for this restriction and it has worked so far. But if this war lasts for months or even more than a year, what are they going to do? Do you know how many people will get unemployed because of this?

US announces 5 day ceasefire, Iran should not accept this one and keep pounding Israel and allies since they ran out of interceptors and buying time to arrange ABMs from different parts of the world.

Iran should not halt attacks or accept temporary ceasefire until all its conditions were met.
Exactly! Even in the Ukraine war, negotiations occur without ceasefires in place.

West is also moving towards this system, internet ID laws are about this under the guise of protecting children or w/e. Remove anonymity and you remove a lot of dissent. From what I understand, members of this forum living in the EU have gotten into trouble because of what they've written on here.

I think they are gonna go bold and for all the marbles:

  • Will use Chabhar port which is owned by Indians to get a foothold on the mainland
  • then Qeshm and Kharg airborne landings to get airstrips working for reinforcements
  • Also simultaneously landing all their special forces at Fordow and Natanz and Isfahan to search for nuclear material
This ensuing chaos will give them a brief window to try to find the nuclear material and destroy it or get it out of the country.

Yes, that's true unfortunately. They're using FaceID and Iris verification for "fighting pedophilia" and "AI agents" which is really a code for surveillance and violation of privacy. They even passed a resolution that your private chats can be surveilled for pedophilia.

That's plausible but I think they will need more boots on the ground to achieve all of those things at the same time.
Add Kurds and Baluch separatists, and Pahlavi's so-called "Immortal Guard" to the equation and your idea starts to seem more plausible. It seems that we're heading towards a new phase of the war if your prediction comes true.
