In the end Trump is always all about the money. Many people who look at this from a financial perspective, have understood this war as Nethanyahu having involved Trump to take control of Iranian oil through a regime that works for the US. Remember how the whole Venezuela thing turned out to be about oil as well. There are so many other cases in his tenure. He works on every issue on financial basis. Same goes for Pakistan's approach with him.
In a scenario where Iran offers a share of Hormuz, he would probably agree to override Nethanyahu and end this war. Which coincides with his statement about Iran offering him a gift. That's where his bizarre statement about Oil related Iranian gift possibly ties up with this all.

Considering how everything in Pak is done with as much secrecy has possible I won't rule out a possible meeting behind the lines..
The Idea of govt aircraft being used for foreign delegations isn't hard to believe as it has happened in the past.
Iran has its reasons to deny being part of any talks at the moment..
