US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

Unless you have proof positive to back up your claims, all US bases in the region have NOT been destroyed. Damaged yes. To what degree? Who knows? But out of action? Absolutely not.

Most of the Gulf bases closest to Iran aren’t being used for air operations. They’re damaged but nowhere near destroyed. These are huge bases.

I dont know the level of damage to the US bases in the GCC, but fair to say they are unlikely to be fully staffed and operational. The completely destroyed part abit of an exaggeration on my part, I can concede to.
Then I suggest you revisit the opening post and read the part about verifiable sources. Speculation and exaggerations are no longer going to fly in this thread. It's bad enough in the big thread.

I am aware of that. I've been on some of those bases.

There’s been a noticeable drop off in ballistic missile attacks on Israel. We’ll see if that trendline holds.

It very well may. And then next Monday, when President Trump's extended deadline expires, it could be a different story. Or, perhaps sooner.

Iran is not out of this fight by any means. Call the Kuwaitis and ask them about the desalinization plant that was struck last night and how much potable water is being produced now.

There is a drop off because 80% of the missiles are getting through to Israel, and now, Iran can take their time and target specific targets of interest with the bigger missiles. There is no need to fire off in bulk older missiles to burn through the interceptor inventory.

That does seem to put a damper on some of the claims posted in this thread.

I was about to say.. All US bases destroyed? Talk about super hopium
They have not been completely destroyed as thats very hard to do with bases. But they have been significantly damaged. I mean US troops are forced to stay in hotels and mall basements and fight the war remotely because of the damages to their regional bases.

It’s dropping off because their MRBMs have been heavily degraded since the 12 day war.
