Iraq is probably not a very good place to start, especially since Iran helped the Iraqi pushes ISIS out of Northern Iraq. There are a lot of popular forces still in Northern Iraq

I am not saying Turkey is going to be more accommodating, but I will say it's not the level I would want to be in wrt Iraq

Whether Iran comes to the table or not, Iran will be set back 15-20 years if the current rate of bombing continues another 3 weeks.

depends on how damaged the oil infrastructure is by the end of the war

It is too early to claim that the problem is resolved in any durable form. Much more still needs to happen before that can be said or concluded IMO.

Entirely understandable.

Much of modern discourse has turned into an endless war of opposing narratives created for particular purposes rather than any bases in facts or results, unfortunately.

Neither Iran nor USA has won anything - as of yet.
 
US targeted the B1 bridge due to Iran transporting missiles and other military equipment to the Western regions of Iran
