Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Bro that downing of Blackhawk helicopter and C130 really happened or not ? And if a C130 is downed then why no casualties? C130 doesn't have ejection seats.
I don't think a C-130 was shot down. Likely a Blackhawk as they were probably conducting CSAR ops. 2 MC-130s were scuttled though once Delta's has located the pilot

I have several question

why iran didn't produce manpads in large quantities like drones and missiles?? It is not so expensive such as AIR force and Fighter jets

Why they have to import manpads from russia? (3000 pieces from last purchase )

What are military planners and command center thinking about?
If you can shoot down a 100mil plane with gear that costs a few thousands of dollars no one would use a 100mil plane right? obviously those manpads are more useful on helicopters or cheap drones than jet fighters.

"U.S. President Trump began making statements after a silence that lasted nearly three days, awaiting the outcome of the rescue of the missing pilot.."And Trump came out with numerous statements praising the success of the rescue operation for the missing American pilot.Where he spoke saying,"We conducted two separate operations in which we were able to rescue two American pilots separately deep in enemy territory..I ordered the dispatch of dozens of aircraft equipped with the most lethal weapons to secure the pilot's exit from behind enemy lines. And we were able to bring back the rescued officer, a colonel, safe and sound after a chase in the mountains of Iran..The brave warrior was behind enemy lines in the rugged mountains of Iran, where he was being pursued by our enemies. And thanks to the U.S. Army, we carried out one of the boldest search and rescue operations in American history..And we will never leave any American warrior behind..
This is the first time in military memory that two American pilots have been rescued separately deep in enemy territory.

I think the losses Iran inflicted earlier shows the first csar failed the second just succeeded barely.

Anyway what's done is done. Now is the time to focus on what Iran should do next

None taken. But the US still hasn't been able to complete their main objectives. Despite taking out the leadership, Iran has fought hard and fiercely. Coalition has lost major assets and the strait is still closed.
The US is a corrupt country under Trump. The US army is filled with Trump’s corrupt officers and loyalists. That may give a small chance for Iran to fight until standstill. If not, little hope for Iran.

At the cost of a10s and f15s and black hawks .. I hope that pilot was very elite to do all that

Listen the HEU is a smoke screen propaganda story.

Because for all this focus on 400-600KG of HEU there is another 9000kg of enriched uranium of lower levels.

A hidden cascade or two of IR-9 centrifuges (20+ SWU) can enrich a 3.5% uranium to 90% in a week, maybe a bit more. IR-6 can do it under a month.

so you cannot seriously believe that the U.S. would take the 600kg HEU and then just decide to leave Iran 9000kg of enriched uranium and call it a day. That’s just propaganda they tell the masses who don’t know about the 9000kg or the nuclear fuel cycle.

You either take it all or you don’t take it at all.
Very rational commentary.

The only minor detail is that all Trump needs is a tangible "win" on this nuclearisation narrative. He can get his 600kg HEU and declare himself as a victor, having achieved some gradeable outcome. I doubt he will concern himself with the rest of it and he probably won't go for all that.

Hormuz remains the real chokepoint that will undo USA unless they can resolve it.

Iran can stillfight hard and asymmetric. Copy the Ukraine model

Yes you are correct. Not ground invasion per se but incursions. So that proposal of landing half a battalion (400 troops) near one of the nuke sites and holding that position for 12-24 hrs with heavy air cover while marines with a detachment of Seabees try to excavate and get the enriched uranium out may not seem far fetched or suicidal.
That's mission impossible in 24 days..I mean 24 hours

Hmm.... This will be interesting ....

Hezbollah claims to have targeted an Israeli Navy vessel off the coast of Lebanon using a cruise missile last night.

The terror group says "a direct hit was confirmed" on the ship, 68 nautical miles off the Lebanese coast, "after hours of tracking the target."

The IDF says it is unaware of the incident.
