Iran and the U.S. have different understandings of what was agreed

This is due to Iranian refusal to negotiate directly with the U.S. and Trump being a compulsive liar

In future, such statements must be documented and agreed in writing

Remember Iran has everything to gain. It has been under unilateral western sabotage and sanctions campaign way before Mossadegh. However, post Mossadegh it became all about Iranian resources and keeping it Iran as a nation subdued... never to achieve it's potential regionally or globally.
Even now if it wasn't as painful as it became the war would have continued to it's overt and covert fulfillment. US acting as a proxy for zion seeks to tie up the more onerous end while providing time to annex southern Lebanon. Pushing colonial boundaries... claiming buffers. JCPOA was a written agreement, what happened...

Let us all learn from the lesson of history that a ceasefire other than unconditional surrender can only be achieved when both sides are exhausted and can no longer fight. With Israel and the United States so full of fighting spirit, a ceasefire is absolutely impossible, and any ceasefire proposal from an enemy whose fighting spirit has not diminished is always a trap. Western diplomacy teaches that one should never respond to such proposals. It is not a matter of procedure or sincerity; a ceasefire is impossible with an opponent that is not exhausted. First, we must face reality and accept that the true path to peace is to continue fighting calmly and persistently before getting caught up in premature negotiations.

When they mentioned general framwork of 10 points, without mentioning actual 10 Points in the final official Statement of ceasefire acceptance.... they created confusion and problems for themselves.

Official statement was like a final agreement of ceasefire, which should have included all the terms and conditions they agreed upon.....but ..

Iran lost badly.

Their government is diminished but exists, they found a new strategic tool called Hormuz that can use as a choke point. That is not 'losing' it.

Iran lost. Germany lost when Hitler died. What is happening with the Strait of Hormuz is, for now, akin to disparate German forces that continued fighting after Hitler died. How long can Iran strains to control the strait? The ceasefire is scheduled to last two weeks and the new Supreme Leader is allegedly too scared to be in public.

It will be a miracle if enriched uranium and free passage through Hormuz can be solved to the satisfaction of both sides.

Iran can be a nuclear state, just not a nuclear weapons state, like how JPN and SKR are.

Iran can not abandon Lebanon and Palestine. This war needs a resolution on all fronts, or else the war will inevitably come back to Iran. But next time with the moral and strategic disadvantage of all its allies having been abandoned and severely battered.

Time to close the strait of Hormuz again. This time let it remain closed, and Iran should dash for a credible nuclear deterrent.
There is no other way with this level of savagery from the type of enemies the AoR is fighting.
