Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Doesn’t make sense for 2nd round talks if US position is the same one from May 2025 - no enrichment, no missiles, no proxies and in exchange some easily reversible sanctions relief and partial frozen funds access.

Currently U.S. thinks it can get a much better deal and won’t truly compromise till the global economy begins to turn.
Talking is better than fighting. Ceasefire is better than war.

No.

Firstly, the Chinese Navy does not have the capability to confront the US Navy in the Persian Gulf.

Secondly, China's oil security policy is excellent, and simply interrupting oil in the Persian Gulf is unlikely to affect China's economy.

China is likely to assist Iran through military aid.

Trump has threatened China that if China provides military aid to Iran, he will increase tariffs by 50% on China.

Today, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded that restarting the tariff war is not a good choice for the United States.

In the context of Chinese language, this answer is equivalent to acknowledging that Iran will receive military assistance and accepting the resumption of the tariff war.

I think you’re right.
There are more effective ways to bring Americans to heel without even firing a shot, why would you waste fuel and go muscular?
Just cut off rare earths and critical minerals, so when Iran starts firing again and the US needs to ramp up patriot production, they’ll have a much more interesting time doing that with their supply chain reduced to a drivel.

Does anyone really believe that Trump has any strategy? One minute Iranian oil is sanctioned. Iran blocks straits and US issues exemptions. Then Iranian ships are blocked I mean is there any plan or 6d chess looks like bollocks to me

It makes perfect sense. Both sides went back understanding the other's position. What is must have for each side. Perhaps tackle the easy ones first for confidence building measures and then address the hard ones (like nuclear enrichment and control of Strait of Hormuz).

Except Israel, not ONE country on this globe wants a fighting war starting yet again. Talks have to be the way to solve this problem.

Many racists in Israel go from America South africa and eastern europe not cos they are Jews but with promises of free accomodation education and health. all paid by American tax payer
Poor Jews go to Israel.
Rich Jews go to USA.

American Ashkenazim Jews have 15 points more in average IQ than Israeli Ashkenazim jews.

Why would choose someone go to Israel mortal trap? Because there is no better options.

USA is the preferred choice, even for Israel born Jews.

But USA doesn't welcome all of them.

Both sides know the other’s positions since 2018 when Trump exited JCPOA.

This thinking they needed to fly to Pakistan to realize the other’s positions on a matter they been negotiating on for 23 years is naive.

Talks have to be the way to solve this problem.

Yes, talks are only way to solve the problem. But the U.S. is not budging from its maximalist stance. That’s not negotiations that’s surrender.

You can’t expect negotiations to be successful when two Mossad agents are the lead negotiators.

It would be like Pakistan negotiating with Afghanistan and the two lead negotiatiors being Indian spies with Deep ties to Modi.

Wondering couldn't Pakistani ships enter Iranian territorial waters via their own territorial waters? USN wouldn't be able to come in that case due to fear of ASMs.

If they could then in theory Chinese vessels could hug Pakistani territorial waters to enter Iranian.
Although we are glad that Pakistan wants to help, we will resolve the issue between China and the United States. Your focus has always been on India's direction, and we Chinese are capable of handling it well.
Pakistan does not need to join the game between China and the United States.

"The tools that would enable them to quickly achieve a nuclear weapon" likely means nuclear civilian program.

Do you think Iran went to negotiate asking develop nukes? 🤪
Yes. There are 31 countries that operate civilian nuclear reactors. There would be no problem at all making a deal to operate civilian reactors.
