I know you will choose not to engage, because you also know in your heart that I am right.

I have presented eveidence regarding Fatah series being off the shelf purchases from China numerous times on this forum before.

You know you’re right.
When they do hit and devastate their Indian targets despite of GPS jamming and unfortunately kill plenty of your countrymen as consequence - Pakistanis will feel a sense of regret that it wasn’t a purely indigenous system doing so. Perhaps the Samosas that day will taste stale.

@Oscar

What's your analysis on this new HD-1/Fatah III missiles?

Hypersonic? Guidance is INS/Beidou/GPS? How capable it is, where and how can it be employed? Effects on Indian AD posture and capability?

Your thoughts please.

Look whose butt is on fire. Stop polluting and destroying this thread like you pollute and destroy others.

Honestly kinda stupid it took them so long to actually do this. Its very clearly a brahmos response but mfs had to wait for may to see just how badly they needed a symmetric response. All that has been shown is overdrive correction of deficiencies that couldve started a decade ago if they weren’t busy fighting over plots instead

Likely budget constraints. In real terms defence budget have not grown much since 2015 along with economy. China is likely giving Pakistan some significant discounts and tech transfer here.

Im still of the opinion that SSCMs themselves arent very useful especially for PARFC mission of conventional detterence. Really hope they get 800-1000km+ cheap conventional SRBMs that can reach deep into India under something closer to iranian model. Indians wont understand conventional detterence until they see missiles raining non stop in UP

Fauji foundation has a massive amount capital parked away in housing societies that isn't generating any economic activity, they could use that capital and invest in missile and drone production Facs or investing in defense startups but hey babus will be babus.

Currently they are production F1 missiles at a artisan rate of barely more then 10 per month, something that's supposed to be our cheapest stick.

Conventional subsonic cruise missile are for rich countries and only feasble when used In large quantities , ballistics is our best bet like IRAN , a lot of Kheibr shikan class missiles need to be inducted presumably FATAH 5 should be that.

Imho SSCMs only make sense in Anti ship, nuclear delivery and potentially some HVTs like command posts or makeshift SEAD/DEAD. They are just too expensive, overkill and unnecessarily complex for other tasks. Im happy we have them but dont particularly agree with this priority

I'd like to see 700 km solid-fuel SRBMs in large numbers first

Why are you making facts out of thin air? Who told you this stupid figure of 10/month?
