This angled news by CBS is misleading with input of the officials in knowledge of the process and facts:
The parking of few Iranian aircrafts at Nur Khan Airbase, has been blown out of proportion by certain detractors of regional and global peace.
After the ceasefire and during the first round of Islamabad Talks, numerous aircrafts, both from the US and Iran, came to Pakistan for conveyance of staff and security details and remained parked at Nur Khan Airbase
Few Iranian aircrafts and some staff members stayed back after the first round of talks, in...
Yes.So far, 8 US C817 airplanes have arrived in Beijing. Trump is all hyped up. China is little uneasy and embarrassed.
On a side note, why Tel Aviv thinks they can even get anything remotely helpful out of the nation of 1.6 billion Bollywood superstars is beyond me.
Yes, Putin is coming to meet Xi right after Trump's visit. Then, Pakistani PM will also visit Beijing on May 23. They will try to sort out the oil supplies and the war. Trump is a mad man and can't be trusted on any agreements for long.Yes.
Since March, Trump has repeatedly announced this matter publicly. However, it was not until yesterday that the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs formally announced it.
Based on the current situation, I do not think a satisfactory agreement can be reached. In particular, Trump often violates signed agreements. For example, in October 2025, China and the U.S. reached an agreement in South Korea, but Trump did not implement it, and China did not purchase American soybeans.
We have never seen such an unconventional foreign leader, and we need to face uncertainty and unexpected events.
I am more looking forward to Putin's visit after Trump leaves. Over 25 years, Putin has visited China 23 times, and this year will be the 24th time. There are reports that Putin plans to visit China on May 18.
We prefer visitors with stable personalities, and we prefer to reach trustworthy agreements.
The US will never abandon Taiwan. that’s economic, political suicide. That’s worse than abandoning Europe. But as Trump is a psycho everything is possible. His politics is driven by madness and truth social posts. There is really one thing China cares and wants from Trump's visit, that is for him to announce US anti-separatism stance on Taiwan and US ending of selling weapons to the island. He has no good cards coming to China.
The United States has already exposed its military strength, oil prices have been continuously rising, many countries are selling off U.S. Treasury bonds and shipping gold back from the United States, and oil from the Middle East and Russia is being settled in renminbi. If the war continues, the first to collapse will be U.S. debt. Currently, the yield on the 30-year U.S. Treasury bond has already exceeded 5%.Pakistan's Dawn is also reporting this as a news where Pakistani officials are clarifying/rebutting this. Apparently, CBS new boss is another Israel-firster: Hidden in plain sight, working for a foreign country against America's own interests. The new boss didn't take long to target Pakistan.
They are not 'thinking': They are on a path to National Suicide! Aligning with Israel against the likes of Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia!
In first trump administration, the first trump/xi meeting was in palm beach, USA soil.So far, 8 US C817 airplanes have arrived in Beijing. Trump is all hyped up. China is little uneasy and embarrassed.
There will be time when US has to give up Taiwan no matter if US likes it or not as US had done twice with ROC(Taiwan) in the past decades simply because of the growing strength of China. You must remember the superpower US also dumped South Vietnam when it had to. What makes you think US won't give up Taiwan again ? Taiwan is Chinese territory and has nothing to do with US. Yanks should go back to America from Asia. The US will never abandon Taiwan. that’s economic, political suicide. That’s worse than abandoning Europe.

The US had no choice but abandoned South Vietnam. The military was decimated, social unrest, economy on the brink of collapse, gold-dollar parity abandoned. There will be time when US has to give up Taiwan no matter if US likes it or not as US had done twice with ROC(Taiwan) in the past decades simply because of the growing strength of China. Even with EU the agreement for cease tariff war have been violated by him.Yes, Putin is coming to meet Xi right after Trump's visit. Then, Pakistani PM will also visit Beijing on May 23. If China decides to take over Taiwan by force someday, it would be foolhardy for Americans to get into war with China over Taiwan, basically there will be nothing US can do about it. Things are changing fast, now over 60% of Taiwanese are willing to discuss reunification with China. China may not have to fire a shot. By the way, US had never won a war in countries surrounding China since WW II.The US had no choice but abandoned South Vietnam. The military was decimated, social unrest, economy on the brink of collapse, gold-dollar parity abandoned.
If Ccp can manage to do the same such as a collapse of the dollar then they will give up Taiwan.
