Basically any relief for Iran is all based off performance and their own

So "status quo prior bello" and Irán still hold their 60% enriched uranium and no signed any obligation to stop uranium enrichment?

Iran has re-emerged as a great power of the middle east. This is a pivotal moment in history, and will be recognised by all as the defeat of both the USA/Israel.

We will witness the diminishing role of the USA in the middle east, the countries of the middle east will turn away from the USA now and chart a different course, one that is not dependent on the USA.

1. If the the nuclear terms are met in the agreement, then the number one core US strategic goal of the war will have been met

2. Number 2 goal of destroying Irans military and industrial base has already been met

3. Irans ability to project power in the region is severely degraded, and its ability to resupply its proxies is severed. Another strategic goal met

4. Is the US strategic position and power relative to Iran stronger today than it was prior to Operations Midnight Hammer and Epic Fury? Yes, unquestionably so. Iran is essentially a failed state now

The USA will have to lift all sanctions on Iran, and return all of Iran's stolen funds. That is not how Iranian surrender or American victory looks like.

Iran has not agreed to anything that is has not agreed to before !!! There is nothing new, that Iran has not said and agreed to before on its nuclear programme.

Any sanctions relief or unfreezing of funds are performance based on Iranian nuclear concessions. In the end, the US will have gotten what it wanted, the effective dismantling of Irans nuclear program.

Those are the commitments Iran has made, and has to formalize over the next 60 days.
