No, it's just that India and, to a greater extent, Pakistan, didn't get the FDI and technology transfers China got from Uncle Sam since the 1980s and 1990s. That's it.From a global perspective, the industrial sectors in both Pakistan and India are in poor condition. Their economies are too fragile. They heavily rely on foreign investment and technology. They lack independent industrial capabilities or have a single industry. Their societies are unstable. There are rebellions and uprisings... All these seriously hinder economic development.
