See, this is what needs catering for.......if you are expecting that MOB and FOB have taken hits and you are still able to fly J-35s, then you probably should not fly them and lose the battle anyway.

J-35s cannot and should not be used as J-10s.
Point being, J-35s in an environment of 4th gens are massive force multipliers. You MUST use them as the top tier Tip of the arrow and take out potentially anything the enemy can muster against you. Take out the S-400s/Barak8s, because you have the LO advantage. Take out their fighters because their 200km scanning range radars will be useless against you because you will always have them within your PL15/16 radius and hence you take them out WHILE flying over enemy skies. If they can detect you at 100km and you can detect them at 250km, and launch missile, your job is 90% done.
IAF tried to stay 50-100 km away from border, still got shot down, because that is how much they needed to come near Pakistan for their ALCMs/ALGBMs to be able to strike inside Pakistan. Now if you have J-35s, and if their stealth is really as good as it is anticipated, you can literally fly within India, without them detecting or being able to guide AD missiles at you and you take out their jets 300km from the border because that is where they will be flying from next time. IAF will never fly within 150km of the border again against PAF.
Using LO jets will allow you to soften up their AD and AA jets, allowing JF-17/J-10 strike packages to continue to pound.
If you plan on surviving the first round, then behold, you will never ever get a chance at the second round.
