Why not use something like UE 5 instead of unity?

Unity 6 was choice for me as I was more familiar with it. The graphics are really good already on unity. I have done optimization as well.

Ue5 is famous engine I know but games on unity look cool as well.

Did you see gameplay screenshot ? Already looks good as per people who have seen live demo. They were comparing it with current gen games. Including people for famous khi gamestores like venturegames.

I know unity can deliver just as good, but it would be probably be easier on UE and more comprehensive for things like environment and player mechanisms, ai etc
