You're inventing theories. The reason Indians are in NHS at all is they can speak English, the curriculum is almost similar and Indian doctors has more clinical experience. They screen through PLAB, which is again a neutral agency there is no larger conspiracy I there. What advantages does an Indian have there which a Pakistani or Bangladeshi don't?

Indian doctors emigrate because they have better pay and relaxed working hours. Some even emigrate to hunt alphabets (FRCS, FRCP etc...) so they can come back and work for a better pay back home. The salary of a super speciality doctor in UK is not that great considering the expenses while they can make a killing in India. A Cardio Surgeon in India make ₹1Cr a year if he is good.

Burnham is a left-wing nut and is already talking about more middle class taxes and rejoining the EU.
We want action on cost of living, rolling back taxes on small to medium enterprise, and the nationalization of utilities.
He hasn't done much for Manchester and now he gets in through the back door.

Indian medical unis are no where in global rankings.

And Indian English is incomprehensible to most natives. Which is very dangerous given the doctor patient relationship.

Indian doctors also have low morals and are greedy. Look at the high number that are convicted and struck off.

And anyway, U.K. has surplus doctors - we don’t need your doctors!!!

In fact, take your doctors back!!

I don't want it and don't like them but bro they are the majority, and it may wake people up. It can't be held off forever. I don't want Belfast riots part 2 in our cities if they are denied the vote.

That being said they are a righter version of the conservatives of the 80's. I remember them well and they were far worse.

So who’s gonna be the next “short term” pm of the uk ?

Economy is the issue and to me it seems they just don’t know (incompetence) or, its reached a point beyond fixing.

A sign of the times…..its everywhere, the same shit in Canada too. A undeclared recession/depression
 
Keir Starmers time has come to an end, and while I am disappointed that British politics is not stabilizing so that the focus can be on real economic issues that we face, but in light of Starmers personal pro-genocidal activities in Gaza of providing political, logistical and material support(RAF direct missions of support) for the Genocide, I am vey glad to see his time as the PM come to an end.

The UK had a political system that was very stable, and that reflected in better economic decisions. We have in the UK, lost something unfortunately.

The whole of the West is going through an economic depression, this has more to do with the economic rise of China than local political issues.
