This means that if Trump attacks Iran after the 60 days it will cause a US constitution crisis before the US Supreme Court which has 'technically' never had to access the war powers act.
The act of congress in which is a rebuke, has passed against trump but failed under Obama and Libya.
The act would compel the president (the Executive) under congress (The Representative) Foreign policy and war declaration powers.
For military personal, there may be legal leeway under Conscientious objection provisions for US military personal ordered to plan or attack Iran under by siding with congress untill SC resolves the legality of of the order.
will will be such a mess... if it happens.

I mean he probably did see something drones etc but he did get his head shaken up a bit but I’m betting he did see multiple FPV with a larger drone in their vicinity makes sense the Iranians would have sent drones immediately to search the area for people or the wreckage
