Many.

Might be easier and better to do a Google search on "contents of military individual first aid kits" and go from there.

You may not need all of the contents of an IFAK but most are recommended and not that expensive. At least you can pick and choose.

I haven't even heard or watch any of his movies besides Dictator which was to me below average comedy, but him and Adam Sandler I don't know why people find them funny, both are terrible actors and even worse comedian.
