Yeah, unless we can make them, they are not. There is nothing like international law, and no one is going to help us in this regard. Either you acquiesce to their demands and renegotiate the treaty, or fight a war. There are no other options in between. Clearly we have no intention/capability of the latter so its going to be the former.

  • The term "Main" added after Indus, Jhelum, Chenab, Sutlej, Beas or Ravi means the main stem of the named river excluding its Tributaries, but including all channels and creeks of the main stem of that river and such Connecting Lakes as form part of the main stem itself. Its very good idea if you see the map where canal will be build. Anyway the point was not that. The point is India stealing 1 MAF isn't big deal for Sindhi nationalist but 0.4 MAF going to Jalalpur canal from punjab own share in summer is problem.

I completely agree with dabbu here. India will try to steal Pakistan water and punjabi is expected to die to get that water back. Sindhi/Baloch will sit back and relax. They already get half of water yet produce 10% of Pakistan crops.

Now punjab will not die protecting Pakistan share of water, we will simply pass the shortage to Sindh/Balochistan. India you can go ahead and build that tunnel to divert 1 MAF of water.

Why die for 1 MAF of water which will not affect 1% to punjab. The only way punjab will be affected is if India somehow will develop capacity to hold 20 MAF in winter on western rivers which is impossible anyway.

We don't need headstarts. We will bomb your dams. We will not do anything less than accept the sacrificial offering of Indian lives and infrastructure that your people have made the minute they uttered this word "abeyance".

Several suited individuals from among your lesser evolved barhadari put on quite a show that day with the world's cameras flashing away as you declared "new normal saar!". We remember it well. No it's a extremely lackluster idea, to instead of stopping the sugar mafia, and actually charging on water, to encourage efficient use of current land, your going out into the desert and drying everybody more thinner.

If Sindoor was so succesfull, how did the 6 air force personal die? Look at where India stands now in terms of military might and where Pakistan is. Profile of your mighty Teja has gone down while we are providing JF17s to friendly countries, having a security pact with KSA and now even Bahrain is running to us. I wish to dear God that you present us with another Sindoor so we can slap you back like we did in 2025. And luckily for us, your power circle are as dellusional as they were in 2019 and 2025.
