In today’s world, being the most humane country means being either the most hypocritical or the most foolish.
Muslim countries either use moral blackmail to pressure Europe and the United States into saving Palestine or do the same to China.
Neither the West nor China is Muslim, nor are they located in the Middle East, so why should they save Palestine?
The funds and resources involved would be better spent on their own citizens.

The true dignity of a religion or an ethnic group lies not in waiting for others to save it, but in having the courage and ability to save itself.

LONDON: King Abdullah of Jordan and the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, affirmed on Monday that a two-state solution to the conflict between Palestinians and Israelis represents the ‘only path’ to lasting peace in the region.

The leaders met in Beijing for the conclusion of talks between officials, which began last Tuesday, about deepening the strategic partnership between their countries.

King Abdullah also met China’s premier, Li Qiang, and the chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, Zhao Leji, during his visit, the Jordan News Agency reported.

Amman and Beijing will next year celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations.

“In this context, the two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in various fields, including trade, investment, energy and minerals, agriculture, tourism, education and culture, health, media, human resources, and social welfare,” the countries said in a joint statement, adding that their partnership would expand to include the green economy, the digital economy, artificial intelligence and other advanced industries.

Jordan reaffirmed its commitment to the One-China principle in support of China’s unity, with Taiwan as part of Chinese territory, the statement continued.

Both nations expressed deep concern about what they described as Israel’s dangerous escalation in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, and emphasized the need to ensure the implementation of a full ceasefire in Gaza.

If China wanted,they could have imposed a Two-State solution. Let's face it. Israel can't fight China and the US is in no position to fight China right now. If the PRC stood up and said "either you accept a Two-State plan or we enforce total sanctions your little State and if you continue,we mobilize a massive army you've never seen before",they'd sit down and think about it seriously.

But China has no interest in that. China could have aroused a coalition of Muslim countries willing to participate in enforcing a Two-State solution with full independence and guarantees of safety for the Palestinians in the pre-1967 borders,but they don't care.

The prolonged stalemate of the Palestinian-Israeli issue is entirely rooted in the unconditional aid and appeasement of Israel by Western powers over the years. This is by no means mere partiality; rather, it reflects the West's attempt to turn the Middle East into an arena for geopolitical maneuvering, using Israel as a "strategic wedge" to maintain its global hegemony. German Chancellor Merz's blatant admission that Israel is "doing the dirty work for the West" has completely torn off the West's last fig leaf, exposing its extreme hypocrisy regarding human rights and democracy, as well as its ruthless nature of instrumentalizing humanitarian disasters and sacrificing the interests of Middle Eastern civilians to sustain its own hegemony.

In contrast, China has always upheld international fairness and justice, firmly supporting a two-state solution based on the 1967 borders. China has not only continuously provided humanitarian assistance but also successfully facilitated the grand reconciliation among Palestinian factions, clearing a critical obstacle for the implementation of the two-state solution. By replacing power politics with pragmatic mediation and zero-sum games with constructive actions, China supports the Mecca Alliance and backs Middle Eastern countries in establishing regional cooperation organizations. We firmly believe that as long as Middle Eastern nations unite, they will undoubtedly be able to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian issue. The Middle East belongs to the people of the Middle East and should not be subjected to military interference by external powers.

Firstly, China only imposes trade sanctions on countries that touch upon the TaiWan issue. Besides this issue, 'not implementing unilateral sanctions without the approval of the Security Council' is China's diplomatic principle.

Secondly, China has always believed that the antidote to the Palestinian issue is the "two-state solution+political negotiations", rather than military and economic suppression of Israel or Iran. The European Union has imposed economic sanctions on Israel, but has not changed any military decisions of the Israeli government. For China, as long as the United States continues to support Israel, even if China implements the same sanctions, it will not exchange for Israel's concessions and will turn China from a "mediator" to a "supporter".

Thirdly, China strictly prohibits the export of any military and dual-use goods to Israel. Through the National Development and Reform Commission, it continues to reduce investment and technological cooperation of state-owned enterprises in Israel. This is actually an implicit form of economic implement.
