Pakistan Cricket Imploding by itself

What they did with the dead-weight is not the point I am making.

This is THE national side. Nobody has forced these bastards to play. They are supposed to self-motivate to be able to represent the national side AND they are handsomely paid/fed/cared far better than any other sporting figures in this entire country.

When they don't show up on the field, it is their goddamned problem, not that of the administration. Administration isn't teaching them how to bowl and bat. That is the pre-requisite for being on the team and enjoying the stardom.

These bastards show up like castrated lambs sent to the slaughter-house because not one of them has the grit to stand and take the fight for the country, to play for its pride.

You keep on blaming the "bosses". Who are the goddamned bosses? The same old storied "former cricketers". After getting fired, the idiots show up on talk shows waxing eloquence with their "dekhain ji" bs to deflect attention and from taking responsibility.

The entire selection team, coaching staff is comprised of "professional" former players. However, neither they, nor the admin is responsible for the show on the field. It's the job of these no-good bastards.
Bosses?
The chair appointed by YYY for services.
A media man, who has no clue what national and top cricket is.
And as pro cricketers are working under him, most notably Aqib and Misbah, they are just taking advantage of his naivety and milking.
5 millions salary.
If I am cunning and selfish, I will also do the same.
The foreign coach seem to be in league.

Hesson, Aqib, Misbah need firing for the last 3 year selection fiasco, along with coaching staff with the team in England for total lack of leadership and decision making.
Last, nephew is notorious for faking injuries, how he kept selected by aqib and Misbah?

I am sure that under this regime, there should not have been any appointment on merit. If they threw out the KPK bowler because he wore an IK shirt or tweeted about it, then certainly players who are pro-establishment, like S. Afridi, etc would have their say in team selection.

What difference does the man at the very top make? You do know that the FIFA president Infantino has never played professional football, right?

You are making the very point I made. It is ALL former professionals under him coaching/managing/selecting this team. These people KNOW cricket. So there is a structure with former professionals running the team.

You have your druthers about the current cast, you can replace them, someone else will have their opinions about whoever else you propose.

It all boils down to the boys on the ground who have to play for the nation. They are being supported, paid, even loved by the nation but they have miserably failed the nation. That responsibility is with them. The President, Naqvi, is no relation of mine so I couldn't care what anyone has to say about him, but each time you put the blame on him for your political reasons, you are giving these good for nothing bastards in PCT an out that they don't deserve.

This is the rationality and clarity of thought that sports needs.

When underperforming players can deploy excuses ad nauseam about "management", "instability", "structure", "resources" in what is the BEST FUNDED SPORT in the country, those players need to be called out. Completely agree.

This cull of players has been a great start.

Nevertheless, I maintain that cricket is anyway dead due to PCB's inability to decisively act against BCCI and GoI's campaign of sabotage. It's too late to fight back now against the corruption exerted from external parties.

The curse of Mohsin Naqvi and Asim Munir. Pakistan is sinking in every respect.

His anti PTI stuff aside, Naqvi has actually been really good for Pakistan cricket. He is not the Jallaad, that he’s been made out to be. He’s been extremely lenient on this crop of players & ex players in management, matter of fact he’s given them a far longer rope than they actually deserved. This crackdown was long over due. He is literally bringing Pakistan Cricket back from the dead. The only missing part for the revival of Pakistan cricket is club cricket. Major test centres like Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar & Rawalpindi need organising club cricket tournaments.

If there’s nothing else that IK deserved going jail for, it was his destruction of Pakistan Cricket.

Why PCB posting videos of this spot fixer?

Because he knows what he’s talking about & he’s been actively working in the field. Unlike majority of 90s superstars, who are busy Chooping Khan Saab’s mango.

You are preaching to the wrong crowd here. Most people want Mohsin Naqvi’s head because of his political role. These guys are not interested in facts & ground reality. Fact of the matter is that a lot of good work has been done under Mohsin Naqvi to reorganize & rejuvenate Pakistan Cricket. Department, Regions, Academies, Age groups, PSL & more. He has not meddled in to purely cricketing matters until now & frankly he should have.

Khan Saab & his Clowns destroyed Pakistan Cricket wholesale. Can you believe only 150 people out of a population of 250 million could play first class cricket.
