BREAKING NEWS: Erdogan raises Kashmir issue at UNGA; calls for resolution as per UN resolutions

Sorry buddy, Kashmir is a territorial dispute. Kashmiris are not Indians.

Kashmiris are Kashmiris.

Secondly your soldiers rape, murder, and shoot Kashmiri protestors with pellet guns.

If you see the Kashmiri people as human why don't you hold a plebiscite? After all India claims to be the world's largest democracy and all that bullshit.
Valid points.

We observed Indian respect for both civilian welfare and for the rule of law as early as in 1947 in J&K, then in Junagadh, and then later during Operation Polo and Operation Vijay. So much respect for civilians and rule of law that it could hardly be contained.

As Pakistan like to boast to their are lot more similarities between Israel and Pakistan, than differences .

Funnily enough there are lot more similarities between PA and IDF especially on how they treat civilians, than differences.

The only difference is that the tactics that IDF uses on Palestinians cities, Punjabi army uses in its tribal areas.
Are you joking? Name me which Pakistani wants to be associated with that genocidal state of Israel?

Yes we are both embarrassed by India's existence. That's a given.

That is correct the entire Kashmir territory is disputed territory and not an integral part of India as the Indian government keeping parroting in Indian domestic politics.
Neither Pakistan nor India—Kashmir belongs to the people of Kashmir.

Rest, I don't have any time today to discuss this useless death case because no one can change anything

Yes, now we are getting somewhere.

Let the Kashmiris decide what they want: Pakistan or India. That is what the partition rules says.

I have said this multiple times: Kashmir does not belong to anyone.

Pakistan made a mistake in 1947 when it tried to forcefully occupy Kashmir by sending armed people into the region. Otherwise, Today might Jammu snd kashmir could have a independent state

The UN resolutions are also not a practical solution, because they do not provide Kashmiris with the option of complete independence from both Pakistan and India; they essentially provide a choice between the two.

So, practically, the most realistic option is to accept the existing Line of Control as the permanent border, since neither side is willing to give up even an inch of territory.

Therefore, this is practically a dead case. I’m not interested in discussing this topic anymore today.

No further response from me on this thread. Have a good day.

Incorrect.

Pakistan saved countless lives in 1947 by sending forces in to thwart Delhi's and Hari Singh's ambitions. You would do well to be reminded of the Jammu pogroms, orchestrated by Hari Singh, that forced Pakistan to act even in its nascent state.

Lives were saved that day.

No because you are wrong. And I am glad you said Kashmir does not belong to India nor Pakistan.

Technically you are correct, till a plebiscite settles whether the Kashmiris want Pakistan or Republic of India according to the Partition rules.

Louis Mountbatten of Burma said a plebiscite is supposed to happen in Kashmir to determine the destiny of the Kashmir land.

No you are wrong. According to partition, the Kingdoms do not HAVE THE RIGHT TO INDEPENDENCE.

Otherwise Hyderabad state would have gotten independence.

Its either Pakistan or India.

Kashmiris have to vote for that.

Looks like the Indians concede they are wrong on this one.

No you are running away from the plebiscite solution. Which is the answer to the problem.

Tough luck! You can run away as much as you like, but Pakistan will never give up on the Kashmiris. Importantly China sides with Pakistan as well.

As Pakistan gets stronger, because you buffoons only understand the barrel of the gun, we will take what is rightfully ours.

Already diplomatically Pakistan is winning in the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, countries like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia sides with Pakistan on this one.

Shows you Indians are hypocrites. Had the roles been reversed with Kashmir region being a Hindu majority, India would have cried foul.

So suppose Pakistan wins in a war against India and gains all of Kashmir back, there is no need for plebiscite, because Kashmir is Muslim majority region and would naturally want to be with Pakistan? :sneaky:

Your Indian friend @Raj-Hindustani conceded here right now that Kashmiris are neither Indian nor Pakistani.

Kashmiris are citizens of the Kashmir Kingdom that had to accede to either Pakistan or India through Plebiscite.

Don't mention Israel, which is committing genocide against the Palestinians:

WOW! Just because someone mentions Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly, Indians come rushing here with 14 pages already! LOL!

He js he own man and is entitled to his opinion.

For rest of us.. kashmiris are as Indian as any of us from rest 28 Indian states and 8 union territory.

And we have dealt with insurgency in Kashmir the same way we have dealt with insurgency other Indian states, by laying down the lives of our soldiers in hand to hand fight against the terrorist.

Sorry my Indian guest, United Nations does not see Kashmir as an integral part of India.
United Nations see Kashmir as disputed territory.

Hence Kashmiris are not Indian.
