Yeah man you figured it all out: Iran is purposely nuking its currency, its export based economy, its political capital, sky high inflation, and the livelihood of its citizens in order to make a few billion in circumvented black market oil flows and mafia style extortion while its Sunni Arab enemies across the Persian Gulf get back to full production and make tons of profit due to elevated price of oil courtesy of the war.
My god the takes on this forum are something else. Beyond retarded.

Unfortunately, Iran is following the same fate as the Assad regime, which opened the country to terrorists and was ultimately destroyed by turning weak kneed and compromising after achieving a military victory; by accepting the continuation of the US blockade and coexistence with the enemy, it has sealed its own doom.
It is only natural for anyone capable of learning from experience to feel a strong sense of alarm regarding the current situation. In both cases, despite having secured a military victory, they accepted a false ceasefire before fighting to the end to fully consolidate that victory; as a result, they now face destruction through a blockade.

I'm just disgusted with Congress in general. It's always easy to bash the President regardless who is sitting in the big chair while just as easily ignoring where the real problem center is at.
And they will NEVER support term limits for themselves.

The national budget for the year IS SET IN ADVANCE. The budget was based on oil trading in the $70’s/80’s. Thus from late March to September Iran has been selling its oil at high premium. The MoU also allowed Iran to get another 60M barrels out of strait. They sold about 45M barrels of it since.
So Iran already has more than enough oil revenue than they budgeted for this year (ending in March 2027). The issue isnt has Iran made enough revenue from oil this year. The issue is what will happen by March when the new Persian year begins and Iran hasn’t had any major oil revenues in months. The other issue is how much of that money can they bring back into the country and how much of it is stuck in Chinese shadow banks.
As we approach the next several months that’s when the pain will be felt as Iran burns its precious oil revenues to feed the sieged population and keep the economy on life support.
