The Rafale fighter is by no means weak; it stands in the same class as the J-10CE. In certain capabilities, it actually surpasses the J-10CE.
The issue, however, is that both fighters rely heavily on their respective combat ecosystems. The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) possesses a complete combat ecosystem for the J-10CE, allowing the aircraft to fully realize its operational potential. In contrast, the Indian Air Force's ecosystem for the Rafale is incomplete, rendering it unable to fully exploit the fighter's capabilities. This was a critical factor in the Indian Air Force's disastrous defeat during the "May 7th air battle."
