Pakistan Air Force Transport

Why operating so man different types ? Why not any attempt to produce a double propelled version of mushak - for VIP and small cargo transport role. It’s not a rocket science.
Mushak does not have the payload & range for small cargo trnspt. It would be akin to using a 70cc motorcycle where a min 2 ton pick up is required.

3.6 million dollars!
Piper M600 has almost same price but it isn't a jet and has lesser capacity.
Currently, the performance of Chinese eVTOL aircraft matches that of established models in the category, yet they are far more affordable and do not require airports.

They feature a maximum range in the 1,500-kilometer class and a payload capacity in the 5-ton range. Passenger versions can accommodate approximately 10 to 15 passengers. Requiring no airport infrastructure, they can take off and land on any flat ground.

I heard about a domestic airline considering Chinese airliners like C-919 but there were some issues with ICAO or IATA certifications, so they went towards Boeing or Airbus.

Current Status:

Air Karachi, a Pakistani startup airline, is in negotiations with COMAC regarding the potential introduction of the C919 airliner. No final agreement has been reached yet.

1. The plan involves leasing rather than purchasing. It follows a model similar to the "wet lease" arrangement between Vietnam's VietJet Air and China's Chengdu Airlines (where Chengdu Airlines provides the aircraft, pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel to operate the flights, while VietJet manages the specific routes and commercial operations).

2. To date, Air Karachi has not yet obtained its Air Operator Certificate (AOC). Furthermore, the C919 has not yet received type certification from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), and its international certification is currently limited to Hong Kong.

Due to the impact of the US-China tariff/trade war, the supply chain for C919 components—particularly engines—has been disrupted. Consequently, COMAC's production of the C919 is currently proceeding very slowly. The company is accelerating efforts to achieve full domestic production, with plans to replace US-made engines with new domestically produced ones; however, this process will take time. As a result, COMAC is not currently prioritizing expansion into international markets.

However, this is unrelated to the Pakistan Air Force's transport operations. COMAC focuses on serving the civil aviation market.

BTW.
Cirrus Aircraft, the manufacturer of the Cirrus Vision SF50 G2, is also a Chinese company.
In 2011, Cirrus Aircraft was acquired by China Aviation Industry General Aircraft (CAIGA)—a subsidiary of AVIC—becoming a second-tier subsidiary of AVIC.
