We have already been humiliated. It is better to have a Chinese military/security guarding Chinese engineers than getting blown up due to our negligence.
It is sad though we cannot guard our important people/projects.

Where is the money ?.
Contracts given to Chinese companies, raw material sourced from China, all major / technical jobs went to Chinese citizens. Money paid by Chinese banks to Chinese companies went back to China. If 40 or 60 billion came into palistani economy ,Pakistan would not be struggling to get a billion dollar loan from IMF.

Who will payback the loan?
Of course it will be paid by Pakistani people that too in dollars or give away some assets like ports or airports or agricultural land for next 99 years.

One of the problems of CPEC is terrorist groups, during the war in Afghanistan, Turkey allowed terrorist groups to infiltrate the Xinjiang region to carry out terrorist attacks (indiscriminate killings), and the Chinese police could only use some weapons that were not lethal or unarmed, and the number of police set up at that time was not enough, and even the army needed to disguise itself as police, because the people living in Xinjiang were closer to the Middle East and some people were brainwashed by terrorist organizations, so they must not shoot until they are sure that the other party is a terrorist and is threatened with their livesThe Belt and Road Initiative is fully connected until it is determined that CPEC is not a terrorist group country supported by India and the United States, and there will be no major economic exchanges between CPEC

Not PDM but their GHQ jamedar handlers led by Mir Bajwa, who openly bashed the Chinese and grovelled at the feet of his colonial masters.

Considering the fact Pakistan has been getting everything from JF-17s to J-10s to submarines I do not think that is the issue

Those are strictly commercial transactions, Chinese don't discriminate when it comes to earning dollars...they even sell to their arch enemies the americans who are hell bent on destroying them.

Iran-Pakistan natural gas pipeline won't produce a dime. Iranians are not giving any discount. India is not joining the pipeline. You will be replacing Qatar with Iran as your natural gas supplier

Iran's gas is cheaper and we already have a gas deficit. Perhaps, a Saudia company take this cheap gas from Karachi and sell it to India, Sri Lanka, etc

Iran's gas is cheaper. Exactly why would Iran do that ?

If Iran had no sanctions they would sell it in the world market at market prices.

The New Gwadar International Airport is expected to become operational on August 14, with all preparations nearly complete.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is likely to oversee the soft launch of this significant project.
A special Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from Karachi is scheduled to be the first to land at the New Gwadar International Airport, marking a historic moment for the region.
Constructed at an estimated cost of Rs54.98 billion, the airport features runways built to international standards, capable of accommodating large aircraft such as the Airbus A380.

The Gwadar International Airport is a key project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and represents a significant milestone in the collaboration between China and Pakistan. According to sources, the Civil Aviation Authority has constructed the airport in partnership with Chinese experts.
Currently, only four per cent of the operational section remains incomplete. Other development projects related to the airport are expected to be finished by December 2025.
The New Gwadar International Airport is set to boost the region’s connectivity and economic development, acting as a vital infrastructure project for Pakistan’s
